TSCGROUP GmbH

Technical Solution Center

Engineering, prototyping & technical project management — from idea to a working technical solution.

Profile

We work at the intersection of idea, design and execution. We combine engineering methods with workshop proximity: solutions are designed for manufacturability, assembly and testing — not only for the screen.

What we do

The Technical Solution Center is the engineering and development unit of TSCGROUP GmbH. We support companies in Switzerland and internationally — from concept and feasibility to CAD design and functional prototypes. Our focus is practical mechanical engineering, clear documentation and one accountable technical contact.

We work with SMEs without an in-house R&D team, industry partners outsourcing development work, start-ups with product ideas, and vehicle/special engineering projects.

Industries & use cases

Industry-focused mechanics, fixtures and special-purpose equipment, vehicle and bodywork engineering, and product prototyping.

How we support projects

  • External engineering department (subcontract)
  • Development partner for modules or end-to-end projects
  • Engineer-led project management with a delivery focus

Quality principles

Function over buzzwords, feasibility over promises, documentation as part of the solution.

Services

Engineering, prototyping & technical project management — from idea to a working technical solution.

Core capabilities

Engineering & development

Mechanical design, assemblies, feasibility

Engineering & development

Mechanical CAD design, system and assembly development, concept & feasibility studies, reverse engineering, design reviews and optimisation. Focus: function, robustness and manufacturability.

Prototyping

Functional prototypes, one-offs, small batches

Prototyping

Functional and test prototypes, one-offs, small batches, fixtures and gauges. Prototypes are working tools: test, iterate, document.

Technical project management

Requirements, schedule, cost, suppliers

Technical project management

Engineer-led—not administrative. Project leadership, requirements / specs, schedule & cost planning, supplier coordination, risk & variant management, documentation & handover.

Vehicle & special engineering

Functional prototypes, one-offs, small batches

Vehicle & special engineering

Special and commercial vehicles, structures and system solutions—where off-the-shelf products don’t fit.

Approach

A structured process for technical projects—so effort, feasibility and outcomes stay transparent.

1

Scoping

Initial discussion, objectives, constraints, interfaces and acceptance criteria.

2

Analysis & feasibility

Options, risks, rough cost/schedule estimate and decision basis.

3

Engineering & planning

CAD design, sizing, drawings/BOM, alignment with manufacturing and partners.

4

Prototyping & testing

Build, functional testing, iterations and requirement verification.

5

Handover

Documentation, acceptance and handover to operations or industrialisation. Optional further development & support.

Engagement models

End-to-end projects, modules, or subcontracted engineering support.

Projects

Technical solutions from development, prototyping and implementation — focused on feasibility and function.

Typical work packages
Assembly and structural development, special solutions, fixtures, functional prototypes, conversions and field problem solving.

Confidentiality
Many projects are customer-specific. References and examples can be shared in a meeting — anonymised or after approval.

How we document results
Clear problem statement, technical solution path, options/decisions, outcome & lessons learned.

About

TSCGROUP GmbH – Technical Solution Center: hands-on engineering with accountability.

What we stand for
Technically sound, realistic on effort and feasibility, solution-driven in the details. Focused work and direct communication.

How we work
One accountable contact, short paths, clear documentation, and designs ready for prototyping and manufacturing.

Where we add value
When challenges are complex, interfaces are unclear, or an idea must become a working system.
